Thank you for competing with USA BMX. If you have earned prize money at an event, please note that payment will be issued by the American Bicycle Association via Bill.com.  To receive your prize money, the following documents are required and must be submitted in full before any payments can be processed.

 

 For 2026, we completely overhauled our pay process:

 

• New Direct Deposit: We are eliminating physical checks. You are now required to register your direct deposit details.

• Our goal is to have all prize money processed within 72 to 96 hours of the final main event of the weekend.

 

Here is what you need to know to successfully set up your Bill.com account to receive payment electronically.  Funds will be forfeited 6 months after the event so please do not wait to provide your information!

 

• Click the link below and provide the information requested (rider name, email address, phone number, foreign rider declaration, and if you are aa foreign rider without a US tax ID, the below banking information). 

  • SWIFT Number

  • IBAN Number

  • Branch Number

  • Account Number

• Early in the week following the event, be on the lookout for an email invitation from Bill.com.

• Accept the Bill.com invitation and provide your contact information, banking (routing and account number if US bank account), and W-9 information (US riders only).

• Wait for payment electronically which should occur within a matter of days the week following the race if you have accepted your Bill.com invitation and have provided all the relevant information.

• Funds will be remitted in your country’s currency.

 

This entire process outlined above will only need to occur for your first payment in the calendar year.  Subsequent earnings will simply be electronically processed post event.
