The 2026 USA BMX Freestyle Series Tour is gearing up for an incredible season, and we want you to be a part of the action! We aren't just hosting a competition; we are building an immersive, high-energy festival environment for our athletes, families, and fans.

Whether you are a local bike shop, a food truck serving up crowd favorites, or a brand that brings undeniable energy to an action-sports crowd, we want you in our vendor village. You will have the opportunity to showcase your business to a massive, engaged audience across two action-packed days:

• Saturday: The Monster Recon Tour

• Sunday: The USA BMX Freestyle National Event

Event Logistics & Setup

Because we travel to different venues across the country, event hours will vary from stop to stop. Please review the specific event information for your location's exact schedule.

What you need to know before you apply:

• Setup Time: Vendor setup generally occurs 1 hour before practice begins.

• Commitment: To ensure a consistent and exciting festival experience for our attendees, all approved vendors are required to stay for the entire duration of the event. Early tear-downs are not permitted.

Application & Approval Process

We are committed to curating the best possible mix of vendors for our attendees!

All applications will be carefully reviewed by our team. On rare occasions, there may be a vendor conflict (such as a direct clash with a tour sponsor or venue restriction), but we do our best to accommodate as many amazing local businesses as possible.

• Timeline: You will receive a final approval status from our team at least two weeks prior to the event, giving you plenty of time to prepare.

• Solicitation Policy: Please note that to protect our approved vendors and sponsors, if your application is not approved, you will not be permitted to vend or solicit on the event grounds.
